André ten Damme new member Supervisory Board

André ten Damme has been appointed member of the Supervisory Board and chair of the Audit Committee of NWB Bank during an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders at 1 December 2023. He succeeds Lex van Overmeire who sadly passed away earlier this year.  

André has over 30 years of experience in financial services and IT and has gained broad knowledge in the areas of financial management and IT management. He is also an experienced supervisor with a broad interest in the financial sector. "With his open way of communicating, his strong motivation and because of his ample professional experience, I am confident André is a good fit for our Supervisory Board", says Joanne Kellerman, chair of the Supervisory Board of NWB Bank. 

The required consent of the supervisory institutions for the appointed of André ten Damme has been received.
