Joanne Kellermann reappointed as chair of NWB Bank’s Supervisory Board

Joanne Kellermann has been reappointed for another period of 4 years as chair of NWB Bank’s Supervisory Board. This so happened at the Annual General Meeting at 4 April. During this AGM, Manfred Schepers stepped down as a member of the Supervisory Board due to reaching the maximum term of office of eight years. Furthermore, the bank’s shareholders have determined the dividend for the financial year 2023 at €60 million.

Joanne Kellermann (63) is chair of Pension Fund Zorg & Welzijn (PFZW). In the past she was, among others, member of the Single Resolution Board (SRB), board member of the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) and partner of law firm NautaDutilh.

Lidwin van Velden, CEO of NWB Bank: “We are very pleased with the reappointment of Joanne as chair of our Supervisory Board. Joanne has extensive knowledge and experience within the financial sector at board level, and for many years she has been an advocate for sustainable finance. We of course would also like to thank Manfred Schepers for his 8 years of commitment and involvement with the bank. With his financial expertise and broad market knowledge, he has proven himself as a valuable member of our Audit and Risk Committee.”
