Change in statutory Managing Board of NWB Bank

The Hague, August 7, 2025 

After more than a year, NWB Bank has parted ways with its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Wilma Schouten. In consultation with the Supervisory Board, Wilma Schouten has decided not to complete her term and to take a new step in her career.  

Over the past year, she has focused primarily on ICT and Operations within the bank. 

‘It was an honour to be part of an organisation committed to public values and sustainable financing. With a strong focus on social impact, I have decided to apply my expertise elsewhere,’ said Wilma Schouten. 

The Supervisory Board thanks Wilma Schouten for her efforts and wishes her success in her future career. The search for a successor will begin shortly.
