NWB Bank enters the USD capital markets for the second time in 2025 with the successful issuance of a 3-year USD 1.25 billion benchmark deal (RegS/144A)

On Tuesday the 25th of March 2025, de Nederlandse Waterschapsbank (NWB Bank) has successfully issued a 3-year USD benchmark bond. This benchmark bond is the second international capital markets benchmark issuance completing more than 1/3rd  of its total funding plan of EUR 11-13 billion. The proceeds of this bond are used to finance the Dutch public sector clients of NWB Bank.

• USD 1.25 billion 4.125% maturing at 3th of April 2028

• Initial Price Talk (IPT) released at SOFR+38 basis points (bps) and landed at SOFR+36 bps

• High quality order book with over USD 1.75 billion demand
