Aileen Booijink, treasury officer NWB Bank:
The euro market remains our core funding market, making it important for NWB Bank to maintain a strong presence. The successful placement of our Social Bond highlights investors’ confidence in NWB Bank’s mission and credit strength, as reflected in the very high-quality and geographically well-balanced orderbook. The bookbuilding process allowed NWB Bank worked to achieve a final spread of Mid-Swaps +9 bps, which helped NWB Bank to re-price its curve more in-line with fair value.
The proceeds will support the financing of projects that generate positive social impact. We sincerely thank our investors for their continued support and partnership.
