Supervisory Board member Lex van Overmeire passed away

It is with great sadness that we have learned of the death of our Supervisory Board member

We will remember him as an extremely knowledgeable, committed and warm colleague.

With the passing of Lex van Overmeire, we have lost a highly qualified member of the Supervisory Board and, above all, a warm and dedicated human being. Although he only joined NWB Bank’s Supervisory Board in 2021, he played an important role at the bank as Chair of the Audit Committee.

Our deepest sympathies go to his wife Wilma, his children and grandchildren.
We wish them all the strength to bear this tremendous loss.
